  1. Does this (program, asset, service) increase people with disabilities independence and integration into the community? How?
  2. Does this (program, asset, service) empower people to make their own decisions and manage their choices? How?
  3. Does this (program, asset, service) increase the ability of people with disabilities to be involved in making the community a more accessible and integrated community?
  4. Does this (program, asset, service) increase the consumer’s DEPENDENCE on the Center for long term services? (not a good idea) Is there some other entity in the community who does this for others or who should be doing it for people with disabilities?
  5. Does this (program, asset, service) support our mission and is there a third party customer who might be interested in funding this?
